What Makes Galvanized Different
Most property managers outsource everything. They hand your property off to third-party vendors, respond slowly to issues, and disappear when something breaks.
Galvanized does the opposite.
Every property is managed by a full-time, in-house team. From repairs to guest support to compliance, it all happens under one roof. No handoffs. No blame games. Just clear systems, local staff, and hands-on accountability.
Jeremiah has been the one fixing broken hot tubs. He’s been the one explaining zoning law to township officials. He built this company to be the solution he wished existed when he got started.

Jeremiah’s Take on Short-Term Rentals in the Poconos
He has helped turn cabins, chalets, and small homes into high-performing vacation rentals. He doesn’t focus on flash. He focuses on strategy, comfort, and experience.
Here’s what he believes works:
-
Small homes with real character often outperform large generic ones
-
Hot tubs and fire pits still drive bookings, especially when they’re well-maintained
-
Rustic materials, natural light, and smart layout go further than expensive finishes
-
Homes need to feel like the Poconos, not like a condo in the city
-
Simple extras matter: porch swings, arcade games, good cookware, clean design
-
You don’t need fancy smart-home features, but you do need strong operations
-
Guests expect comfort, fast answers, and homes that feel intentional
-
Maintenance, cleanliness, and durability always beat trendy upgrades
-
Pet policies, parking rules, and house instructions should be clear and obvious
-
The right cleaner is just as important as the right manager

From Teacher to Trusted Property Manager in the Poconos
Meet Jeremiah Noll
Jeremiah Noll didn’t plan to build a property management company. He started as a math teacher at East Stroudsburg Junior High School. He graduated near the top of his class from La Salle University, double majoring in Mathematics and Secondary Education with a minor in Accounting. His plan was to teach and stay in the classroom.
Then he bought his first house in 2009.
Over time, side hustles turned into real opportunities. He started managing his own rentals, learning how to screen tenants, handle maintenance, and navigate township rules. When other property managers dropped the ball, he picked it up. When contractors didn’t show, he learned to do the work himself.
By 2020, he had managed over two dozen properties, completed multiple home flips, and closed more than $10 million in real estate transactions. He knew it was time to build something real.
Today, Jeremiah leads Galvanized Management, a fully licensed property management brokerage with a local, in-house team. The company manages more than 175 short-term and long-term rentals across Monroe and Carbon Counties. Every system was built from scratch, based on real experience, not guesswork.

Short Term Rental
Jeremiah and his team at Galvanized Management are amazing!! I recently purchased a short-term rental in the Poconos and he was so helpful in getting us up and running quickly - we could not have done it without him! From house repairs to guest management his team is responsive, reliable and thorough. We do not live in the area and it has been such a comfort knowing we have Jeremiah as a local partner - HIGHLY recommend his services!

Maintenance
I love having Jeremiah and the team manage my properties. The best costumer service in the area. Sunday morning phone call about my well pump not working and we had someone out there within minutes. Impressive!! Having Galvanized Management gives me great peace of mind as I live three hours away from my rental homes.

Long Term Rental
I highly recommend Galvanized Property Management. Jeremiah and his team are professionals and have earned my trust. They show up when they say they will, find solutions to problems, and communicate well. On several occasions, Jeremiah came through in a pinch and really saved the day. I would give 10 stars if I could.
